Caroline Griffin joined the InStepp Board in 2019 and was elected Chair of the Board in 2022. She is known as a prompt, dedicated professional with a focus serving others, supporting the mission of the InStepp organization, and using her operations and management skills to help InStepp accomplish big goals.
Caroline is a Raleigh native and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the College of Natural Resources at North Carolina State University. While Caroline is not at work, she enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband, Eddie, and their dog, Angus.
