CSEEP provides employment counseling, job placement assistance and life skills training to US-born and non-Hispanic immigrant female survivors of domestic violence. In addition to employment counseling and job placement assistance, CSEEP also offers Employability Skills Training that covers career planning and job choices, the basics of the job search process, interviewing etiquette, communication skills, and wage and job benefits. In addition, CSEEP exposes its participants to a comprehensive Financial Empowerment Curriculum that offers a range of information from basic money and financial management principles to advanced financial planning. Immigrant women are also required to attend the complementary workshop Available Legal Protections for Battered Immigrant Women.
