New Choices is an economic empowerment program offered to women who have major individual and economic challenges to self-sufficiency. Our current program clients include women who are victims of crimes (e.g., domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking), women who have recently transitioned from prison or jail and women who are displaced due to divorce, separation, or death of their significant other.
Nueva Vida (“New Life”) for Hispanic-Latino Women
Nueva Vida is a culturally-specific program for Hispanic-Latino immigrant women who are victims of crimes (e.g., domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking), unemployed or underemployed. All workshops are conducted in Spanish.
Girl’s Leadership Academy (GLA)
GLA is an early prevention, after-school program designed to develop the knowledge, skills and experiences that promote health and resiliency in middle school girls.
